Our story takes place in the city of Vesper. An isolated city that has been left to it's own devices. Leaving this once proud town shrouded in mystery and deceit. Those who are different seek refuge here, while there live's are not perfect, the gifted find that in Vesper they don't need to hide. However while the gifted seek a haven a rivalry pulses beneath the cites veins. A new Detective Agency had cropped up. Drawn to the cites rampant crime this new Agency quickly establishes itself. Winning over Vespers population quite easily the Agency is slowly shifting power away from the city's Police. An act that has not gone unnoticed as the police as the department has been forced to take a back seat to the city's new shinning stars.However in a city full of dangerous ego's its only a matter of time before the false peace between the two is broken. This shift in power has also caught the attention of the local crime. As those of an opportunistic mindset set about placing their influence's within the Agency.
